Author and Founder
Kalob Tufts is the founder of Raven & Blade Press and the author of the alternate-history novel Resist along with its connected Shadows of the Reich series. His work blends meticulous research with dark, character-driven storytelling, exploring how people confront tyranny, fear, and moral compromise.
Originally from Michigan and now based in Middle Tennessee with his family, Tufts balances a professional career in finance with a passion for writing. His influences range from the sweeping imagination of fantasy epics to the taut suspense of horror and psychological thrillers. Outside of writing, he enjoys hiking, motorcycles, working with animals, and is a devoted fan of the Scream horror franchise.
Through Raven & Blade Press, Tufts aims to publish stories that challenge readers, illuminate the complexities of human nature, and remind us that even in the darkest times, the choices we make define who we are.
